Objectives of restoration
1. Increase reforested riverbank areas in Panigan-Tamugan Watershed;
2. Promote Panigan-Tamugan Watershed as a living laboratory for educational tours of students with alternative ecotourism activities but will only be limited to bird watching and river trekking with integration of tree growing and water monitoring;
3. Increase awareness and participation of stakeholders in watershed protection; and
4. Reforested riverbanks will continue to provide home for the wildlife and will help maintain the water quality.
